Account Manager

Location: Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas or remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional Account Manager who loves building long-term and trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business and sales opportunities with an existing client base while maximizing customer experience and satisfaction.

In This Position You Will

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Grow business and upsell existing customer base
  • Report to the management on account status and customer insights
  • Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback through multiple channels
  • Analyze customer churn and work with the product development team to improve the customer journey
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

We Expect That You Have

  • Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or other roles in customer-oriented fields
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including managers and C-level executives
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at a time while keeping a sharp focus on detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Problem-solver mentality and analytical skills

  • Gross base salary 1920 – 2630 Eur/month (depending on your experience. We’re ready to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
