What Are We Looking For

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Chief Growth Officer who is full of ideas and media and digital industry contacts to help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners primarily in the US and Europe.

Your Challenges

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to drive performance marketing activities aligned with business development with the goal to create a scalable B2B inbound lead engine.
  • To identify the best management model for the existing marketing team and manage the delegated tasks with the team
  • Learn and optimize what can be improved from the previous launches or campaigns
  • Identify new advertisement channels and maintain existing ones
  • Research on competition and what it does to boost competitors marketing exposure
  • Collaborate with senior management and business development team to align our internal goals and messaging
  • Work with the development team on communication preparing new product and features launches
  • Read the analytics and performance reports to adjust the marketing efforts and identify the campaigns and opportunities that work
  • Monitor the tracking health and data accuracy
  • Forecast, measure and report the results of various projects/campaigns
  • Engage and delegate tasks to the team including the cooperation between the company departments and external resources
  • Engage and maintain relations with the different marketing outlets, PR and any other resources that potentially can drive targeted traffic
  • Make the internal marketing environment to build the ambassadors inside the company

Job Requisite Skills

  • Previous working experience as a Head of marketing or similar position in a B2B company for 5 years or more
  • Experience with the different levels of ABM (Strategic ABM, ABM Lite, Programmatic ABM)
  • Experience in initiating and running marketing campaigns with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills to C-Suite and decision-makers and the ability to build relationships within the organizations
  • Good technical understanding of network infrastructures
  • Basic knowledge in IPv4 and IPv6 aspects and IP transit will be an advantage
  • Self-starter who has the tenacity to initiate multiple touchpoints and deliver the results

  • Basic knowledge in Google Tag Manager
  • Basic knowledge in Salesforce
