Job overview

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager based in Europe to help us build a scalable organization while increasing revenue.

In this position, you will 

  • Define, improve and implement processes for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success as well as cross-team
  • Optimize the inbound and outbound processes together with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Build, analyze and share KPI reports
  • Support forecasting, reporting & analytics
  • Administrate Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to evaluate industry events and suggest attendance if recommended
  • Maintain storage of documents and manage access rights to the files
  • Own a Confluence site for revenue organization
  • Facilitate and align the organization’s use of Salesforce, related processes and workflow to ensure data quality
  • Perform monthly commission calculations and bonus payouts
  • Assist with the commission plan

We expect that you have 

  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proven work experience as a Revenue Operations Manager or in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments
  • A Salesforce administrator certification (considered a bonus)
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing sales and marketing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to be productive and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • A results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity without having complete information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Enthusiasm and passion for IPXO services
  • No 9-to-5 mentality, instead, a ‘whatever-it-takes’ mentality
