HR and Office Administrator

Location: Lithuania (Kaunas)

We Expect That You Have

  • Proven experience in HR/Office Admin role 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office/HR management tools 
  • Excellent English language skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in working with data 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Proactive, positive, open-minded, can-do attitude 
  • Driver’s license would be an advantage 

In This Position You Will

  • Prepare, administer, and update HR personnel-related documents and records (employment contracts, their amendments, internal orders, and others) 
  • Help organize internal company events and other HR projects 
  • Liaise with external occupational safety companies regarding training, documentation updates, etc. Track employee health check-ups 
  • Prepare the internal company’s Newsletter (monthly) 
  • Assist in other HR-related and administrative processes (schedule meetings, issue equipment release/return forms, add/remove employees from health insurance program, prepare work anniversary or other gifts when needed, etc.) 
  • Manage company’s internal documents/contracts (collect signatures, archive documents accordingly) 
  • Assist colleagues with business travel arrangements (book flights, hotels, etc.) 
  • Supervise and maintain Kaunas & Vilnius offices (order supplies, and snacks, liaise with the building maintenance team regarding any issues in the offices, order new entry cards, etc.) 
  • Organize company’s correspondence (send/accept parcels, deliveries, other correspondence) 
  • Maintain and supervise office parking systems (add/remove employees) 
  • Assist the company’s CEO with his diary management (schedule meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
