Product Support Specialist

Location: Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius)

Job Overview

We are expanding our SUPER Product Support Team and looking for a new team member who’s willing to help our clients with technical issues and increase competencies in the IT field at the same time.

In This Position You Will

  • Consult our customers and handle requests by using the ticket system, Slack, emails
  • Provide remote and onsite support to clients all over the world
  • Collaborate with our sales team and support them in a technical area

We Expect That You Have

  • Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English
  • Basics of technical knowledge and ambition to learn new things in IT field
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Possibility to work in shifts (24/7)
