Social Media and Email Marketing Manager
Location: Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas or remote)

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to administer our social media accounts and email activity. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

In This Position You Will
- Own the company’s social media calendar and plan related activities
- Communicate the brand across social
- Conduct social listening activities and provide insights to the marketing team
- Plan and execute the company’s email activity
- Grow our email audience and ensure a coherent flow of information to its segments
- Analyze the performance and make data-based decisions for further improvement
We Expect That You Have
- 2+ years of experience in managing corporate social media accounts, preferably LinkedIn and Twitter
- Previous experience in managing and running email campaigns
- Interest in and understanding of the latest social media and email trends
- Exceptional English language skills
- Good prioritization skills, ability to run multiple projects at once
- Basic knowledge of email marketing software (preferably HubSpot)
- Understanding of B2B style of communications and its goals
- Previous experience in a startup or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma)
