Blocklist Handling: JustSpam

Learn what to do if your IP was not added to the IPXO marketplace because it is listed in JustSpam.

IPXO takes IP reputation seriously, and we do not accept blocklisted IPs. We understand that the JustSpam de-listing procedure is rather cumbersome; therefore, we do not require IP owners to get their IPs removed from the JustSpam blocklist. Nonetheless, it is strongly encouraged.

How to clear the IP from all underlying blocklists

1. Go to http://www.justspam.org/check-an-ip.

2. Enter a listed IP into the search field and click CHECK.

3. Click TEST IF THIS IP CAN BE REMOVED.

4. Check what underlying blocklists still need to be cleared.

Note: If you are informed about an active blocklist, visit the website and get your IP cleared. If there are no active blocklists for an IP, no action is required.
