How To Change My Payment Method

A step-by-step guide on how to change your payment method via the IPXO Portal.

Step 1: Log in to the IPXO Portal

Go to ipxo.com/portal/login, provide your login details and click Log In.

Step 2: Open the Billing menu

Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Billing.

Step 3: Change the payment method

In the menu on the left, click Payments & Payout Methods and then click Payment Methods.

Choose your preferred payment method. Three options are available: Credit or Debit Card, PayPal or Credit Balance.

Note: To add a new payment method, remove the old payment method first. Editing the details of an existing payment method is not possible.
