New payments system
In August, we introduced a new payment system that simplifies how every client interacts with billing inside IPXO. This update brings all payment processes – across IP Management, Reputation, and Leasing – into a single, consistent experience.
Recurring service subscriptions
Recurring services now run on a true subscription model, reducing manual renewals and giving clients more flexibility.
The Credit Balance feature has also been refined, allowing payments to be split between credits and other methods in a single transaction.
To make everyday management easier, subnet search has been redesigned for smoother navigation, and checkout is now consistent across all products.
Simplified invoicing
We’ve reworked how invoices are generated to make billing clearer and more reliable. Instead of issuing invoices before a payment, renewal orders are now created automatically and converted into invoices once payment is made, ensuring every record reflects the exact transaction.
Finance teams can also set up a dedicated billing inbox to streamline communication and keep payment operations organized.

These updates make payments smoother and more predictable across IPXO. With consistent workflows and better visibility, clients can manage billing and renewals with less effort and more confidence – no matter where they operate in the platform.
