Central Asia Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF) 2 is a two-day event specifically tailored for network engineers, peering coordinators, Internet providers, cloud administrators, and data center operators. It will take place on 19-20 September 2023 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with the aim of addressing the needs of the peering and interconnection community in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Iran.
During CAPIF 2, attendees will delve into crucial topics that promote peering and Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), including legislative and regulatory frameworks, opportunities for connectivity, funding and resources for IXPs, hosting content delivery networks (CDNs), network security, stability, resilience (including RPKI), and Internet measurement tools provided by local and international stakeholders.
