Payment Restrictions in Turkey

To enhance our services and streamline payment processes, we are implementing important changes regarding payment restrictions for our valued Turkish clients. Starting from November 6, 2023, these adjustments will affect the use of Turkish bank cards and offer a more efficient payment method.

Effective November 6, 2023, we regret to inform you that the IPXO platform will no longer accept Turkish bank card payments. Despite the ability to add a Turkish bank card to your payment methods on the platform, all transactions conducted with Turkish bank cards will be automatically declined.

For our valued Turkish clients, adding a Credit Balance through a bank transfer is the sole viable payment method. To proceed, kindly contact our Customer Solutions Team to request payment details.

Important: You will be responsible for covering all bank transaction fees. The amount, net of any transaction fees incurred by both your and our banks, will be credited to your account as a part of your Credit Balance. The minimum amount you can top up your Credit Balance with is $1000. Please plan your payments accordingly, as international transfers may take 5 to 7 business days to reach us.

Pro-rata billing for Turkish clients

In an effort to streamline payments and minimize bank transaction fees, we have enabled Pro-rata billing for all our Turkish clients. With Pro-rata billing, the billing cycle for all services ordered by the client will commence on the first day of each calendar month, irrespective of when the service started. This means that when Pro-rata billing is active, you will have the convenience of renewing your existing services through a single invoice.
